Pig on the Plaza

Tonight, Craft Butchery in Westport hosted their first annual Pig on the Plaza event. For $15, you can come and enjoy bits from two different pigs cooked up in various ways for the event. On my plate here we can see both Carolina- and Kansas City-style pulled pork, a bit of grilled pork chop, and the last of my maple-glazed ham sandwich. We also had two styles of pork belly and some back meat from the whole roasted pig. And to top it all off, there were summery cocktails, wine and beer. Good thing we rode our bikes there - we needed the exercise to work off some of that piggy goodness!
