A Layered Look.

I think this is a late dahlia or zinnia - there were only two flowers remaining on the rather dead looking plant and the other was very tatty.  You can see traces of the overnight rain still lingering on the petals.

My eyes are much better today - I think the problem was from too much time on the computer or other devices. Today I have avoided them until now but gosh it was hard to find something else to do - all my hobbies and interests involve using the technology. In the future more breaks might be wise.
