Speckled Wood, butterfly,

First day in the new office.

The sun was shining so I decided to walk to my 9.30 am site visit. I took the   scenic route along the canal towpath and came across this Speckled Wood butterfly en route.

Chained to the desk this afternoon.

A run on the treadmill this evening.

Shattered now.
