The sinking of the LA.....

Well todays blip memory has to be this photo of the water being pumped out of the LA surrounded by piles of rescued stuff! She filled up with water overnight and nearly vanished beneath the harbour surface! We got a call this am at 7.00 am to say there was a problem.Nigel went down and the extra shows how she was at mid tide - like a boat in a bath tub. Something on the seabed has made a huge hole in her hull and after much pumping she was craned back out to await the insurers coming to assess the damage. a rather sad day. :(
