O Summer Where Art Thou?

Dull dreary days are fine but at this time of the year is it too much to expect fine days? I love the Winter storms, The Autumn rains, the Spring gales but quotes the old saying "Ne'er cast a clout 'til May is out".... doesn't make me feel any happier about the greyness of the day. It doesn't suit the expectations that Spring lays at our feet...just saying
