Dawn Archibald 20th June 1958 to 2nd May 2016

I went to Dawn's funeral today - she was a trainee at Redhall, which I think I can say now, as it was said at her funeral. Dawn was one of the Women in Black and I took the original of this photo for an exhibition put on by Wifie, a women's photography I belong to. As so often happens, I learned things about her that I didn't know when she was alive, that she was a painter and sculptor and also an actress with a career in theatre and television. It's difficult to believe that she's dead - she was always such a bright shining light.
