My idol

I love this woman for so many reasons, not least cause she inspires me to cook for my family. I have recently embarked on a commitment to cook a proper meal every night and this cook book is getting pretty dog-eared and food stained through the process. I'm a hopeless cook but slowly, slowly making improvements, thanks to Nigella. She makes me feel ok about taking short cuts and not absolutely loving every moment in the kitchen.
