Orange Welsh Poppy - Meconopsis cambrica

Got fitted with an Ambulatory blood pressure machine this morning. It's a bit fiddly but it's only for 24 hours to see if my blood pressure varies throughout the day. Can still use the camera!  I have both yellow and orange Welsh Poppies in my garden and have given the orange one a blip today.  It's very windy although bright sunshine so they were dancing around a lot  -  this was the only sharp one.  It's in amongst my Chives and wild Rocket.
