Spring woodland

This wood is looking very pretty today in the shaded heat, it's not often we need shade here.

I wandered down to the bay after dinner and watched a herring gull trying to drown another gull, it was rather gruesome and went on for around 10 mins, just when I though the bird was dead it managed to get away. See extra for the attempted murder
