Jack Bloor Fell races tonight, so did my first aid duty - which with hardy folks these fell runners are ,was thankfully a tedious chore.

Otherwise, apart from having to surpress my urge to run after them, was a pleasant evening chuntering and chatting with folks. Watching the kids races is always a pleasure, they really put heart, body and soul into it - no signs of childhood obesity epidemic on the hillside tonight.
