Baby doos

Friend Anne was keen to show me the pair of baby doves that had hatched about two weeks ago in their greenhouse. Ugly wee creatures they may be at the moment, but their parents are very handsome, so I'm sure the babies will develop likewise.

Apparently both adult doves possess admirable parenting skills, with mum and dad taking turns with duties like babysitting and feeding. That's what I like to hear!
