Toms

Not a very interesting blip, but hey ho. The supermarket were doing a deal with these colourful tomatoes , so I thought I'd try a chicken tomato shallot  dish all baked in the same dish, smothered with herbs garlic chilli and olive oil, hope it tastes good. I went for an aromatherapy massage today, it was marvellous , she said it might hep to go and see an osteopath for my lower back, she recommended one, so I might give it a try. She said go home now take it easy and drink plenty of water, I said eh what no wine, she fell about laughing :-)) I did as I was told as I always do   ......... Hope your day has been fine.
