Inspired by two things, the book I'm reading based on the Viking invasion of Britain where there was mention of the women collecting moss for the purpose of arse wiping and Rosina who has had to complete numerous initiative tests in her search for a job. If you want to test someone's ability to think on their feet, well on their backside actually, just put them in this situation. If they walk out of the interview looking like they are in considerable discomfort, don't offer them the job!
