Ying and yang

I went for a 12 mile run this morning (got to admit i did walk a couple of times as it was hot and hilly and the most I've ran in a while).

I then undid all that good work by eating my body weight in cake. I ignored Jules's excellent Try Half a Slice of each option and instead had a Slice of everything.

The words eyes bigger than belly spring to mind!
