Well I never. It felt great being on stage again, and despite last minute changes to songs and not having practiced all together it went remarkably well. A few mates from work showed up to my horror but not to laugh at me which I suspected but to cheer me on. Which was nice.
It's given me a rejuvenated enthusiasm for life and music and keeping on playing.
Hurrah.
