A better life?

This is all that is left of the last of the Gorbals high rises, which was demolished at the weekend.  I don't suppose too many people will be sorry to see them go.

The weekly blip challenge is 'piles of things' - well this is a pile of steel, concrete, hopes, dreams...

The extra is of a carefully disposed of empty Buckfast bottle, nestling in a pile of cherry blossom leaves which thought might make a good subject for the challenge, until I saw the demolished high rise.  I spotted it as I was nearing the Sheriff Courts for day 2 of hanging around performing my civic duty, Someone preparing for a court appearance, perhaps?
