The power of blip

A few days ago I commented on this blip https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2175482758208421910. Saying that I had smocked my wedding dress. Comments were exchanged West Yorkshire to New Zealand and so I said I would dig it out and blip it. Nearing 32 year old now and the embroidery thread has yellowed but the rose buds are still quite red. Mr H got married in his red uniform -Coldstream guards - so I wanted colour in my dress. Our little rose bud (miss H's middle name arrived a few years later).

I did smock her a couple of dresses when she was younger but haven't done any for many a year.
