Tiny Tuesday: African Lady

Thanks for all the comments, stars and hearts for my Blip yesterday. It made one of the popular pages again; I could get used to that! Not with this one though. A busy day without a chance to take many pictures so I resorted to this African lady. At 15 inches it's hardly tiny in height but is carved from a piece of wood less than an inch across so is quite striking and well balanced, easily standing on its own. A souvenir of a wonderful trip to Namibia a few years ago for my neice's wedding, followed by three weeks touring round the whole of the country.
