My Olympic trip day 1

This is day one of my Olympic holiday, have been to Stratford, checked out Getty images who had a fab collection of Olympic archive pictures. We are staying in London bridge the shard towers behind us, it's an Edwardian building and the owners clearly have an eye for design and optimising the space. We walked along the southbank tonight, there's a lot going on, live shows, bars full, al fresco dining everywhere, the weather has finally arrived London is steaming and ready, let the games begin.
