There are certain moments of the year that - for me - annually unlock a sharp memory. The flowering of this magnificent cherry blossom by the side of The Science Block is one of them.
When I first came to The College, twenty years ago, I remember being struck by the beauty and warmth of the ivy clad red brick buildings, but then later in that first academic year as Autumn evolved into Winter and then Spring, it was the beauty of the campus that continued to lift my heart. Even on the gloomiest of rain drenched days.
