This is Saxifraga pubescens variety Snowcap.

It is a bit of an emergency blip really because the photos of the Green Hairstreak butterfly which I took this morning were not really useable. The only specimen which stayed still turned out to be very badly damaged and the strong breeze blowing at the time meant that sharp focus proved to be impossible.
