Homeward Bound

Today we drove back to Belgium, and typically it was the warmest, sunniest day in a long time and we had to sit in a car!

We had a lovely breakfast with our friends sat in the garden - smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and toasted muffins.

The traffic was ok, apart from the Dartford Crossing which was very slow and then on reaching the Eurotunnel, there was a backlog so we didn't manage to get an earlier train, but at least we weren't delayed.

I took loads of pics whilst at the tunnel and couldn't decide which to blip, so I've made this collage. I thought the takeaway that's a 'train' was brilliant!

Anyway, we're unpacked, Louis is back with us and tonight is the first night I've slept in my own bed in a long time - so I'll say goodnight...
