Mystery Church

I took my mum to see this today. It's a mystery abandoned church in the middle of Dalgety Bay ( not St Bridgette's ) situated in Chapel Wood, just off the coastal path. It's got no info panel, no name as far as we can see and it's slap bang in the middle of houses.

Perhaps a kind someone who can read latin will pass by this image, look at it in large and tell us more in the comments? Not likely I know, but hey...
