Heroes! (Team True Spirit)

Today at the start of the IronMan UK one of the members of Team True Spirit who had lost his lower limbs had to "wait", yes "Wait!" for his team member to finish the 2.4 mile swim so that he could be carried to the transition point to start his 112 mile bike ride.

If you think it's too hard to get off the couch and go run 5k, imagine doing a

- 2.4 mile swim
AND
- 112 mile ride
AND
- 26.2 mile marathon

all with no lower limbs.
