Its sunny, quick get your shorts on & get outs

The girls woke at 8:30 which counts as a lie in. After a late night you never know which way its going to go.

It was beautiful outside today so the kids played in the garden, I repainted their nails after yesterday's DIY job and then we went to the fire station open day. With the sun blaring we got to see Ember the fire dog, the results of pouring water on a chip pan fire, and watch some firemen climb a training tower while being sprayed with water hoses.

My blip was going to be of E throwing a wet sponge at one of the firemen in stocks but I decided on this one. Its not perfect but it is one of those fluke shots. I was trying to capture the 2 youngest playing dinosaurs together, as I lined up the shot E burst into frame and threw a ball! She's not suppose to play with balls inside, but thats another story....

We had our first BBQ of the year today. It was great to cook and eat outside, hopefully we'll get more in before the autumn comes.
