not anywhere near as exciting

8:30pm and we're just home. We've had a proper *day off* and been in North Berwick for most of it.

I went for a longish run this morning, picking up a couple of pseudo-records (i.e. longest recorded distance I've done on Nike+ and fastest 5k I've done on Nike+). Did a dog walk too.

Then we were off to dig and catch and to generally play.

Picnic on the beach, hermit crabs (not for picnic on the beach), chasing the waves, winkles (again not for picnic on the beach), scooter, play park, fish and chips in the wall by the beach and home along the coast road.

Exhausted and warmed by the sun and the fresh air.

Brilliant.

Shame that at 8:30pm we were home and about to tackle bedtime. A hipster memorygram here.
