Now the weather's a bit warmer the park's getting busier so we're continuing with our extra walk to the cricket pitch. 12,000 steps done today and the dogs are both enjoying having a massive field to themselves. Restoration work at the park should be nearing completion now, the path around Heath Pool is almost done and also the new surface at the main entrance. I've read today about a community orchard, haven't heard about it before, I'll be interested to see that.

I think this is a juvenile blackbird, it was very small and our grass is very long, the lad's been out with the mower now.
