Summer Blues

Beautiful day today and I was working from home. I got a call to go out to a local meeting in the afternoon.

I did manage a 5km run at lunchtime which was surprising as I could hardly get out of bed this morning with back pain.

I then spent the late afternoon / early evening in the garden raking moss and cutting grass whilst L found a new friend.

A girl the same age moved into the street recently so it was nice for them to play till bedtime.

I then went out for a 12km bike ride round Murieston to cap off a busy day.
