Resting in a restful place

One of my favourite hikes is the Southease to Exceat walk, on part of the South Downs Way.
We'd started at about 08.30 from Southease, before the sun was too scorching, and reached Jevington in the early afternoon. This is a photo of Jevington Church: it's a beautiful old church, with a lovely churchyard full of flowers. It's the perfect spot to sit, catch your breath, have a sarnie and contemplate the next but if your journey.
