Blossom in the Botanics

A beautiful warm, sunny day ..... the kind of day that makes me glad that I am retired and not stuck inside a classroom.

L and I went for a walk in the Botanic Gardens .... people everywhere enjoying their lunch in the park. In the early afternoon we met up with our brother and his younger daughter. We found seats at a pavement cafe and settled down to enjoy a catch up accompanied with some refreshments. It's always good when bro' pays the bill!
