Just Arrived Today

Today as been grey and gloomy and not very hot. The day has had a airy stillness about it for me.

This afternoon I potted up a few more plants and I got rather cold so didn't stay out too long. It is going to take some time before I get all the things I want bagged and potted up for their new home. Over the years people have given me cuttings or plants so that is why I want to take them with me. Lots of memories attach to them for me.

While I was potting up I noticed this Monarch Butterfly that just entered it new world. Afterwards I noticed two more had just emerged. This first one flew away but the other two are still drying their wings. Not a very good day for them to emerged into their new life.
