Day 202

Doesn't a bit of sunshine transform your day?!

Today has been a thoroughly lovely summer's day in Yorkshire. H and I are staying with my best friend in the whole world - her hubby is away at the mo and Matt has been away for the weekend so we've been staying with her and her 3 gorgeous girls. They live in a beautiful village called Oxenhope, and we went down to the green and to the river so the children could go for a dip. They had an absolute ball!

We spent the rest of the day playing in the garden, then when we finally got the little beasties to bed we spent the night drinking cider and eating lovely food!

This was a little waterfall down by the river. I was trying to play with a slow shutter speed to get an effect from the water. It might of worked better with better light, a tripod and a bigger waterfall, but you get the picture, right??!
