Mothers Day

When I was in grade two, our school had a "White Elephant" sale. I remember being very excited about the sale and particularly the White Elephant! Well the W-E never appeared, but I bought this rose for my mum for Mother's Day. Spent most of my money on candy, and with about 10 cents I told one of the moms that I was gonna buy this rose for my mum for Mother's Day. She said it was 2.00 and I pulled out a dime. Well the lady melted... And I got the rose! My mum is gone now, but the rose is still here. Happy Mother's Day everyone!
