Guess this plant?

This is one plant the deer refuse to eat- any guesses?

Well its a gunnera, also known as Giant Rhubarb or dinosaur Food. A native of South America and the southern hemisphere it can grow up to 8ft.

But it's tricky to grow because it drinks gallons of water unless you happen to have a pond to stick its roots in or a natural bog. 

Last year's attempt failed though I have grown them in the past. This one looks as if it will make it .

Today we have had what passes as a heat wave in Scotland with the temperature reaching 19C.
