Diocletian Palace

We wandered aimlessly during the day and then later on with purpose up the hill for the sunset. We've only been here for about 26 hours and we're impressed*. Classy, understated and impressive all at the same time. The food has been excellent and the local wine is a revelation - no wonder they don't export the stuff. There is more than enough to keep us occupied for our brief visit.

* Apart from the museum of stuffed frogs - what ever were they thinking?
