Gangster Style

We picked mum up at 10.30am and despite a slight hold up in Congleton due to road works, and slow traffic on the M25, we made it home for 3.30pm.  

The temperature soured to 30 degrees near Heathrow and was 25 degrees when we got back to Saltdean.  We quickly put the cushions out and sat in the garden with a bottle of Rose between us, and mum donned her hat and glasses - her hat blended into the blossom trees and she's really rocking it, Brighton Gangster style!  

Mum will now be home 'alone' for a couple of days, but she's got plans - she'll be 81 next week and there's no stopping her.  I think that's where i get it from!
