An afternoon .....

....., out.
We first went to Leigh for a snack and coffee , looking over the cricket ground ( sadly no cricket !) it was very pleasant , the sun shinning and beautiful surrounds . We then went on to Penshurst and strolled round the village. The next stop was my favourite place for a cream tea, the garden is just like an old country one and I just love it, the scones are to die for! I love a teapot and cups and saucers, not often found these days !, it made the tea special .
Then we progressed to Penshurst Place to take a look around the shop and view the plants, I didn't want any that were on sale !
As we had been around the house and gardens several times we gave it a miss this time. My back had given up by this time anyway, as we wove our way home there were loads of bluebells, alas , no blip , passing at the rate of knots isn't conducive to blipping!!!! However there just a wee glimpse in the last pic of the collage.

Happy .... to have had another day of sun.
