A winner thanks to blipfoto.

Yippee. Knottman is pleased to announce that he was awarded first prize in the Natural History section of our Landscape Trust Photographic competition. The winning shot was a Broad Bodied Chaser which I blipped several months ago.

I would never have achieved that if it had not been for all have learned from blipping over the past two years.

As part of the weekend i went on two photo field trips. One was on limestone pavement in our National Nature Reserve.

Imagine our surprise when on turning a corner we came upon this charming lady with her yoga mat in the middle of the limestone pavement. She welcomed 15 unexpected photographers (12 men) and happily agreed to have her portrait taken. See the extra.
