Dinner time...

Its been good to have some sunshine except it showed how dirty my windows are so I had to clean them !
I was up early this morning to pick up Lara up from the Heathrow airport and at midnight I am picking up my niece, Charlotte from Gatwick. Then in the morning back to heathrow to pick up Sophie !
I made this salad tonight and have saved some for my niece to take to work tomorrow for her lunch. I may make her granola too if I don't spend too long blip surfing!!
