There can be no other blip today than the players coming to appreciate the near 5000 fans who travelled to Wigan in need of a win against the champions and did so in style. What a wonderful performance and a terrific day out. What football support is all a bout when you support a little club.

We have made the play offs so a chance to go up to the Championship beckons.

My extra is a pic taken at speed on the M62 of the farmhouse stranded in the middle of the motorway around Oldham. It is an iconic site but difficult to get a pic so quite pleased to get this one, just with iPhone and through the front window of the car, I was not driving!

It's exhausting this football support but on a lovely summer day it's been just great. Enough said!
