'Jaffa' Cake

I had an idea for a small, multilayered chocolate coated cake. Which gradually evolved into layers of almond sponge and orange jelly.
Essentially a cheffy jaffa cake.
This was kind of the prototype it and so far the concept seems sound but he execution need a lot of work.
I accidentally picked the wrong pastry cutter so the cake was smaller than intended. Also my jelly hadn't set firmly enough and causing a problem when unmoulded.
And the chocolate could be tempered to make it shiny.
But other than that it was fine...and inadvertently gluten free.
