On the beach

The birds are very active today, these flew around for ages. I can't imagine how they manage to fly without bashing into each other.
I heard sad news today, my favourite Heron (Reg) has been found shot. The rescue people are trying to save him but if he can't fly they might have to put him to sleep. Beyond sad.
