We took advantage of the free summer swimming with a wander round the harbour and ice creams. Luvverly.

Then home for a barbecue and all together cheering on Mark Cavendish, led out by Bradley Wiggins to win his fourth Champs-Élysées finish. Brilliant stuff. One week until they're all together again, trying to win the Olympic road race. It almost looks a dead cert after that!
