First summer mist

A day walking from Kirk Yetholm to Wooler on the St Cuthbert's Way with NO view as the heavy mist reduced visibility to around 30 yards (oops, metres). Atmospheric, as sounds were amplified and other walkers and forest trees suddenly loomed out of the murk, but deeply frustrating as we could sense the sun burning through and could only imagine the glorious landscape hidden from us.

Will have to come back one fine day and walk it again.
