Swithland Cob Society

Great ride out with friends this morning. What a beautiful morning! We went round the reservoir.

Then I had a couple of dogs to walk for a customer in Sileby. It was hot!

Home to the finishing stages of the great Gerty clean up ready for her first outing of the year next week. Eva helped Mike clean the hub caps with coke and kitchen foil and they came up great (and she will now never drink coke so that's a bonus!).

Henry and Martha came over to play after returning Tara who had jumped the garden gate and was wandering up the track at the back of the house!! Toby had found a bit of dried seaweed in a bucket from a previous sea side trip so filled up the bucket with water and emptied half a tub of salt in to 'feed' his salt monster!!

Then it was a rather expensive trip to go outdoors for a sleeping bag for Eva (and a new camping table and chairs and several other things) and b&q for paint to decorate our bedroom. Who knows when we will find time to do that!! Whilst we were in there a massive thunderstorm started outside. We got soaked.
