MDNA Sound-check

I finally got to see Madonna in the flesh!!. I can remember 8 years ago being in Belfast and seeing the massive reinvention billboards for Slaine Castle wishing I could see the tour but she's never toured Scotland.

The Queen finally released a tour date in Scotland for MDNA!. Doesn't seem that long ago I was sitting in college trying to buy tickets as fast as possible to ensure I got Golden Circle, which I did.

I went to Murrayfield at the back of 2 in hope I'd get close to the front. I got more than I hoped for. When they opened the gates I ran to get a good space when I hear music, I could hear her singing Gang Bang. I turned the corner and she was there!, right there!. She was still sound checking, it was the experience of a lifetime. She sound-checked for over an hour performing a good chunk of the show. She talked to the crowd and told us about the curfew and that they might pull the plug towards the end if she wasn't finished. Was amazing, she was joking and trying to do a Scottish accent which was really funny.

Sadly 2 songs were cut later on due to Murrayfields curfew law! :-(.

Overall I had the best weekend ever!, best first Madonna show experience and it WON'T be the last!.
