The return of Joe

Joe Campbell helped out CHS for what turned out to be 18 months of weekly commuting from Northern Ireland.

He left at the end of June last year. I had a catch up with him in Portugal in October and again today. Despite all his visits this was Joe's first holiday in Edinburgh, over with his wife and daughter.

While they went shopping, he and I caught up.

It was great seeing him and being able to pass on the best wishes of the team and I'll convey his to them on Monday.

It is very rare for me to be in the city centre at the weekend - and to have a liesurely lunch, so the day was even more enjoyable forthat. I was struck by how busy it was all afternoon. A good buzz.
