WALK TO CHAPEL PORTH
Today, I met my son in Truro. We then took the bus to St Agnes. After having a nice cup of coffee latte, we set off on our walk to Chapel Porth. It was a wonderful walk following a pretty stream. To the left of this Photo you can see the remains of an Engine House (Mining). I didn't have my proper camera with me, only my phone, otherwise I could have got a better shot of this old engine house! As you can see..this lovely walk leads straight down to the sea.at Chapel Porth. Afterwards, we did some of the coastal walk over the cliffs. We had our packed lunch sitting on the grass, surrounded by a beautiful view. After staying for a while, we made our way back (the same way) to St Agnes. We then walked to Trevaunance Cove, and had a shandy in the lovely pub there.
Later on, we walked back to the village to make our way home on the bus/train. We had a lovely day. I think I walked about 6 miles in total, which is rather good for me! I love walking, but only really get the chance to do long walks with my Son.
