Online case notes

Having seen the condition of my large case notes, battered and what looks like bursting with results and pages of findings, enotes sounds like a good idea. While I don't mind who discovers my blood results over the years, there may be many patients who want to keep their details private. What happens if there is a leak or a hack? .........
