Cannon

Reminds me of a National Geographic photos of an Armada cannon, but it's what Vice Grips looks like after 20-odd years in our water tank. 

All we wanted initially was some wardrobe space in the bedroom, so we had to get rid of the hot water tank, so we had to get a different boiler, so we had to get rid of the cold water tank. Now, on the one hand we have instant hot water, and there's no racket from the re-filling.  On the other hand,  if the water stops, we're stuffed. 

Also a day full of treats for  me - because apart from doing stuff around the house there was allotment, pint, and now a Pilot Citrus and Basil beer.  Goodness.
